This is an exclusive sake brewery tour that features sake breweries that are rooted in the local community and are not normally open to visitors, those that are devoted to sake brewing, and above all, those that produce delicious sake.
The sake brewery tour is offered as a 2D1N optional excursion, which can be incorporated into your Japan travel plan.

The tour generally covers all the sake brewing processes, but some of them may not be in operation on certain days.
Dinner with the owner. Please join us over dinner with the owner. The brewery owner will talk passionately about the brewery, sake, and local culture and history, and serve his company’s sake as an accompaniment to delicious Japanese cuisine.
Guests will also have the opportunity to drink sake that is not sold in other places.
Accommodations will be at the region's finest ryokan/hotel or other exclusive accomodations,
and food will be prepared by top-notch chefs, or if requested, we will invite famous chefs from Tokyo or other cities.

Because each brewery limits its focus to sake brewing, there will only be 4 tours to each brewery per year, with a maximum of 4 participants per tour.
